Burlesque Trailer – Christina Aguilera and Kristen Bell
Sony has released the official trailer for the upcoming film Burlesque, which opens on November 24, 2010, and I got to say, this preview has a little Coyote Ugly thing going on, a film which I am ashamed to admit that I watched twice by choice in one day.
Plots are similar with Christina Aguilera, in her big-screen debut, playing a small-town girl named Ali, who moves to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams and ends up cocktail waitressing at a crazy little place known as The Burlesque Lounge. Ran by Tess (Cher), it is a location that seduces the girl with the big voice, and it becomes her obsession to play there.
Along the way, she runs into trouble (Kristen Bell), makes friends with Georgia (Julianne Hough), and I’m sure learns something about herself along the way. Early buzz is following virtual first-time writer-director Steven Antin’s lavish musical drama, and I, for one, can’t wait until it opens so I can begin acting like I haven’t seen it.
