Narnia has a long way to go before it can be called a completed film franchise, and if the disappointing though profitable performances of the previous two films are any indication, it is unlikely we’ll ever see these things through to the seventh and final book. Nevertheless, part three is coming, it’s called Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and we’ve got the poster for you right here:

According to Box Office Mojo, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and Prince Caspian cost a combined total of $405 million to make and grossed over $1.1 billion collectively. However, the last entry didn’t make back its cost in domestic take, and overall performance worldwide was almost half that of its predecessor–not a good trend for the series, which is based off the enormously popular C.S. Lewis books. Voyage of the Dawn Treader may very well have the future of the franchise riding on it. Better be good!
