French Poster for Disney’s Tangled
On the Tangled front, Disney’s latest animated feature updating the legend of Rapunzel, we have the French poster, which sports a long-haired princess and her more than a little annoyed expression at the charming rogue dangling from her golden locks. The film opens on November 24 and will feature the voices of Zachary Levi, Mandy Moore, Ron Perlman, Jeffrey Tambor, and Brad Garrett, among others.
Frankly, it’s a little surprising that Disney is just now getting around to this. Rapunzel is perhaps one of the greatest children’s fairy tales of all time, featuring a beautiful princess, who feels so alone in the world, and is waiting to be rescued from the doldrums of her everyday existence. Disney’s put a nice Shrekian spin on things, too, with Moore’s fiery demeanor that shows through in the film’s trailer. This is a must-take-the-kids-to kind of flick. I pity the movies going up against it over the Thanksgiving holiday.
