Walking Dead Promo Pics
There is nothing particularly original about the concept behind Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore’s The Walking Dead comic book series. I mean, how many times have we seen a group of humans trying to survive a zombie apocalypse? Nevertheless, the way these characters have been handled has been largely responsible for the 7-year old series’ continuing longevity.
Now AMC, the folks who bring you Mad Men and Breaking Bad, are throwing their weight behind this series for a small screen adaptation that will no doubt hit the spot for zombie fans everywhere. Here we have some promotional photos from the upcoming horror-drama, which began production on May 15 of this year. Considering it was January when the pilot was ordered, this one appears to be on the fast track, but no release date has been given at this time.
