Labor Day weekend. Fall is in the air, at least here in the Coastal South (of all places!). College football is back on the TV…life is good. Here at the Empire’s headquarters, our slow summer season seems to finally be winding down–improbably, given that fall TV has yet to kick off. If you were too busy traveling for the long weekend or watching your favorite team’s new configuration to check in every day, lay your fears to rest. I’ve got your cheat sheet, my weekly run-down of our original content so that you can crack that next bottle, confident you didn’t miss something awesome.
