Michelle Rodriguez ‘Citizen Jane’ teaser
Michelle Rodriguez stars in this teaser trailer for her upcoming film called Citizen Jane, which purports to be a reimagining of the Orson Welles classic Citizen Kane, but that can’t be right. Not if you look at the ridiculous looking teaser trailer from the official site. Effects so bad it looks like they were done by George Lucas circa Phantom Menace and the remainder of those godawful Star Wars prequels. And why is she shooting a machine gun?
I mean, sure, I like Michelle Rodriguez. I like it when she shoots machine guns. But what place does that have if this movie is the way it’s described to be? I don’t know. I shake my head half the time when Hollywood craps out a new idea. The other 40 percent of the time I’m not interested, and 10 percent of the time I stumble across something I actually want to see. Maybe this is it, but definitely gonna need to see more than this.
