On September 9, get ready for the Year of the Kat! Vampire Diaries Season 2 launches with the promise of more naughty Nina Dobrev, who gets the pleasure of playing both good and evil on the premiere episode of Kevin Williamson’s popular CW series.
Fans of the L.J. Smith novels responded very well to the first full-blooded season, which bears a few similarities to the Twilight novels, but I’m sure drawing a comparison will get me skewered by fans of one or both of the series. Nevertheless, it does possess a high school gal torn between two lovers, who happen to be creatures of the night, so deal with it! As for me, Dobrev is reason enough alone to catch the premiere. Good girls gone bad. Mmmmm…
