Kat Dennings, Meg Ryan, and More in Lives of the Saints
Kat Dennings, Meg Ryan and John Lithgow are among those gearing up for shooting on Lives of the Saints, which takes place in Los Angeles and is about a group of city dwellers trying to make up for their past mistakes. Shades of Robert Altman’s Short Cuts here from writer and director Chris Rossi. The picture will also star Anthony Anderson, Esai Morales, and Kevin Zegars. Production begins Nov. 13.
Variety reports that BCDF Pictures will be the shooting banner for the film, which will also feature a performance from rapper-actor Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. Should be an interesting pairing for Fiddy as he goes toe-to-toe with Emmy-winning Lithgow (Dexter). He’s no stranger to working with big-time actors. Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in Righteous Kill, anyone? Of course, let’s hope this one turns out a little better.
