Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Top Scream Awards

The 2010 Scream Awards won’t air on television until tomorrow on Spike TV, but that didn’t stop Twilight’s Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and company from grabbing the hardware over the weekend at the event, which took place at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The David Slade directed third film of the series based on Meyer’s novels too home The Ultimate Scream and Best Film honors, while cast members Stewart, Pattinson and newcomer Xavier Samuel took home individual awards.
James Cameron took home Best Director for his work on his record shattering Avatar and was on hand to hand out the Scream Heroine Award to Sigourney Weaver.
