Jake Gyllenhaal – Source Code trailer

What do you get when you mix Quantum Leap (Google it if you’re too young to recall that one) and Groundhog Day? Hey, mix in a little 12 Monkeys for good measure and you might get Source Code, an upcoming science fiction treat! What is Source Code? Well, the film is about a near future covert slice of technology which allows an agent to enter the final eight minutes of a dead person’s life. You appear to be in their body. Your reflection in the mirror is theirs. You live those last eight minutes as that person. Why? How about to prevent a terrible disaster? Can you really change the past to affect the future? The thriller is directed by the highly talented Duncan Jones who created the fantastic bit of sci-fi flavored psychological horror, Moon, starring Sam Rockwell. I, for one, look forward to all of Jones’ future projects.
