Stars Wars – “Family Guy: It’ a Trap!” 2 trailers!

Family Guy: It’s a Trap will close out the Star Wars spoof trilogy from Seth McFarlane and company, and you’d better enjoy it while it lasts, friends. McFarlane has gone on record as saying that prequel spoofs will not happen, according to THR. “It would be too expensive,” he confessed. “That, and they sucked,” Alex Borstein (voice of Lois) chimed in.

Today BSC has the trailer for you, and if you’re a fan of the show, this 1:19 look certainly doesn’t disappoint. The gang is all back in their George Lucas alter-egos with a final showdown between Fake Vader and Fake Luke that doesn’t look a hell of a lot different from the one you’ll actually find in Return of the Jedi. McFarlane and company have done a great job on these so far. What are your thoughts on the upcoming finale? Looking forward to it, or could we all live without? Furthermore, what’s your take on the refusal to cut up the prequels (as if they needed it)?
