Dawn Olivieri guest stars on The Vampire Diaries

If we keep getting casting news reports like these, vampires are going to get a wrap for really being into sharing. In the spirit of share and share alike, many actors who have appeared in one paranormal series or another are also being cast in other series of the same genre.
Today’s example of blood sucking musical chairs features actress Dawn Oliveri. She was Lydia on Heroes, pictured above with Sylar actor Zack Quinto. She’s also appeared on True Blood (as Alcide’s sister, Janice Herveaux), but now she has bagged the role of local Mystic Falls newscaster Andie Star, according to The Vault. You know what that means. Yes, she has joined the cast of The Vampire Diaries on the CW.
“It looks like I will be spicing things up shall we say”, she told The Vault.
