Ian Somerhalder Talks Vampire Diaries Season Finale and Nina Dobrev

Let’s try to keep the swooning to a minimum shall we? I know it’ll be tough. Why? Because we’ve got Ian Somerhalder, star of the CW’s The Vampire Diaries, here in video from the TVSquad. The bodacious one discusses what’s coming in the much anticipated season finale as well as his thoughts on his lovely co-star, Nina Dobrev. You’re not going to want to miss this!

Of course Vampire Diaries is wrapping up its fabulous second season. We have a preview for the next episode, “By the Light of the Moon” (and pix if that strikes your fancy). Catch that ep. when it airs Thursday on the CW. We also hear Stephen Amell will be visiting the set and a certain True Blood actress is joining the Mystic Falls team.

   I guess I am one of the few people who is immune to Ian’s celebrity manipulation and false persona. He is such a PR whore. The entire cast does a lot of publicity for TVD but he just milks up the media coverage more than anybody else on the CW.

   Ugh, I am getting vibes that something romantic is blossoming between Nina and Ian. I hope it fizzles soon. I don’t want them to become a couple. His behavior with Nina during his relationship with Megan Auld was such bad boyfriend behavior. You cannot be that flirty, affectionate, and intimate with a female friend and expect your neglected girlfriend to stay with you and trust you.
   Nina deserves better than Ian. I am getting the bad feeling they are starting to become more than friends. It is too bad Paul is not single because he is a genuinely nice guy and is a very devoted boyfriend. He and Nina also have way better chemistry.

     I can see u are a Paul/Stefan fan and just jealous of Ian’s popularity. Ian didn’t do anything to u so get over it and stop being such a hater, u only make yourself look bad. And imo Ian/Nina have way more chemistry then Paul/Nina will ever have!!!

     Wow, chill out Tez! Do u know Ian personally? Did he do anything to u? From what I can tell, u like Paul and would like him to be with Nina but since it’s rumoured that she’s with Ian, u don’t like him.

     I’m so happy to see that someone else has the exact immune system as me lol. I’ll simply agree with most of the parts you’ve written and add that Ian is a good person but I really, REALLY dislike his flirty, cocky attitude towards women (and trust me I know what I’m saying -So… Good Luck to Nina).

   Honestly, Nian fans and a lot of DE shippers should be deeply ashamed of themselves. They keep attacking and flaming people over the truth and who make real observations instead of blindly worshipping Ian. Any person on any site who mentions the truth about Ian’s real personality over his fan image and his affair with Nina Dobrev gets flamed. You should be judging Ian, not accurate observers or insiders!

   Anybody who discusses the truth about Ian’s personality and Nian gets flamed, gets accused of lying, or of being jealous fangirls. It has nothing to do with Stelena or Delena. Ian showed many signs of being an unfaithful boyfriend to Meghan Auld.
   Most people are just ignorant when it comes to being a good judge of character. Ian is not some sweetheart or wholesome guy. He is narcisstic and manipulative.
   He is also a womanizer.

   He is screwed around on Meghan Auld with several girls. He began pursuing Nina when he was still with Meghan. No amount of photos or comments or signs will be enough to prove to his sycophants that he was a lousy boyfriend to Meghan. They reject the evidence. Some people know the truth but it is being mostly covered up because his fangirls are insane and rabid.
   The show and cast has done a good job of covering things up.

   Nina and Ian’s affair began a couple of months before he broke up with Meghan. It was inappropriate from the beginning where it became clear he wanted to get into Nina’s pants. It is also not the first time that Ian has cheated. Candice and Steven had an affair that
   hurt two people. She cheated on Tyler Shields with him. He re-connected with Chelsea Staub last summer and then two-timed her with Candice. You have photos, videos, and so many signs but it will not be enough to convince people. Yet when other celebs get branded as cheaters by the media or tabs who lies, most people believe it and wrongly hate them.

   Shame on the Nian fans. People respect Paul because he chose not to cheat on Torrey Devitto or be disrespectful with Nina unlike Ian. Now he is married and I know he would never cross the line even if Nina is attracted to him. Ian has never been a one-woman mand.

     Wow!! From OPEN July 20th, 2011 – This crazy person above is still carrying on. For the past year he has been expressing his disgust everywhere on the net about Ian and Nina’s relationship. You can tell it’s the same person because it’s the same garbage over and over again. Didn’t things turn out YOUR way? Did someone not do what YOU wanted. Who do YOU want together? Seriously, mind your own business and get a life. I spotted no ring on Meghan’s finger after three years, no kids, no full commitment. Ian and Meghan wont be the first boyfriend-girlfriend to break up and they wont be the last. I guess Brad Pitt should still be with Jennifer Aniston and Tom Cruise with Nicole Kidman, if you want it that way, they should. Your obsession after a year is unhealthy dude.

   My God, this has got the be the most beautiful man ever inside and out. Not only is Ian the best actor ever, he also works tired less on his Foundation, he is truly amazing with a great personality . he cares for his fans and could not be any nicer. Nobody could play Damon like Ian. all though the show has a great cast, it would never survive that long , without Ian (Damon). I hear People all the time saying the only reason they watch is because of Ian and the fantastic acting he is doing, portraying Damon.
