V Season 2 – Watch the First 15 minutes

The aliens are coming! Oh wait, that’s not right. They are already here. They are already among us. They’ve just been missing from our television sets for a while.

V is that thrilling remake of the 1980′s mini-series about visitors from another planet. The re-imagining hit ABC last year in the Fall and the first exciting season ran until May of 2010. There were twists, there were turns, a human boy fell in love with an alien girl. But who wouldn’t fall for actress Laura Vandervoort (Smallville), eh? Did I fail to mention we here at BSC have promo pics of the actress gearing up for another season? Don’t fret, we have more of the same for her on-screen mum as well. Anyway, if you missed anything, or you’re just looking for a good last minute Christmas present for that special science fiction aficionado in your life, you can already find season one on DVD and Blu-Ray. But the question is, where is season two?

After a short delay, AceShowBiz.com announces a new second season will debut this coming January. Tuesday the 4th isn’t too long away, either, so mark those calendars! The season premier is titled “Red Rain” and we’ve got some teaser images for you fans out there.
