Andre Royo back on the Fringe

Are you ready to take a trip back to the other side? TVLine has recently found out that Andre Royo (The Wire) will be back on Fringe as taxi driver (and Olivia’s sidekick) Henry Arliss Higgins for one episode later this season.

While ‘the other side’ has been providing its fair share of action in the Fringe universe, we haven’t seen Henry since he helped Olivia get home back in November.

There aren’t any details yet about how Royo’s character will be brought back in but if the storyline has the standard Fringe flair, then you can bet it’s going to be interesting.

Personally, I’m expecting to see Andre turn up as the Henry from our universe and turn out to be a big pain in the tail, but I’m all for seeing the alternate Henry, too.

Fringe is off to a good start in it’s new Friday time-slot, which many thought would be the kiss of death for the quirky and dramatic sci-fi thriller, but it beat the odds and viewership was up 12 percent from its last original Thursday airing.
