Laura Vandervoort is leaving the mothership over at V and heading back to Smallville for one last appearance in the show’s final season. According to TVLine, Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) will be showing up in one of Smallville’s final five episodes. Will this visit happen to coincide with another Kryptonian’s appearance? Only time will tell, but that would be an awesome episode.
Smallville isn’t holding back when it comes to bringing back old characters, in addition to new visitors from the DC Universe, as Clark moves (ever so slowly) to making that final transformation. One holdout on the reunion shows is Michael RosenBaum, and that dude just needs to suck it up and shave his head one more time because not even the appearance of Superman would top the return of Lex Luthor. Are you reading this somewhere out there, Michael? Pick up the phone and schedule that gig. Give the fans what they want.
Oh, here’s a bit of good news. Unless the CW does another last minute schedule change, Smallville will finally be back on February 4th with the anticipated (and delayed) Collateral. Check out the trailer that includes a very shocking look at Chloe.
