Smallville – Eric Martsolf is Booster Gold?

Smallville is getting another superhero guest-star and The Daily Blam is telling us that he goes by the name Gold – Booster Gold, and he’ll be portrayed by Days of our Lives star Eric Martsolf.

The 17th episode of Smallville will be titled ‘Booster’, which will also give us a live-action view of Booster’s comic book sidekick, the Blue Beetle, who hasn’t been cast at this time.

There aren’t a whole lot of details at this time concerning the show but we do know that Booster will have a Legion flight ring and refer to the Legion as “good friends of his.”

‘Booster’ will be directed by the up-and-coming Superman himself, Tom Welling, and the script was written by Geoff Johns.

Smallville’s tenth and final season will resume on January 29th at 8/7c and the show is pulling out all the stops. We’ve seen Clark revisit his past (and glimpse the future) in Homecoming, saw Lois’ very bad-girl side as Isis, and even had a visit from Supergirl. Coming up are visits from old friends as Chloe returns, along with Black Canary, and it looks like Clark might be getting ready for a wardrobe change.

They do have excellent casting for Smallville and I’m glad Geoff Johns is writing another episode. The last episode Jeff wrote was awesome, so I’m sure I won’t be disappointed with this one. Smallville is on its tenth and final season, and it looks great in high quality HD from DISH Network. If you are interested in getting high quality HD for less money, DISH Network is the solution. Right now you can get HD free for life with any one of Americas Top packages with DISH Network, and you can find more information on how to get free HD on DISH Network’s official website. As a DISH Network customer and employee I’m glad I made the switch to DISH.
