Cody Horn Enters The Office

Cody Horn, previously seen on the FX series Rescue Me, is moving to NBC’s The Office, according to TVLine, as the Dunder Mifflin team pads their roster in hopes of covering Steve Carell’s absence.

There’s not a whole lot known about Cody’s character at this time, except that she’ll be “a pleasant and smart addition to Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch.” I’m not real sure about the smart part considering what executive producer and costar Paul Lieberstein had to say about the new addition, “We’re very excited to have found Cody. We’ve been searching for a love interest for Creed for a long time. So just sit back and get ready to be disgusted.”

Creed? Really? Well… that should be interesting.

Cody is the first of three new additions to The Office, with Stanley’s daughter and a new male accountant also expected to start working at the Scranton office soon. Will Farrell will also be stopping by for a little while and Ricky Gervais has mentioned being interested in having another Will visit The Office as well.
