Selena Gomez Wizards of Waverly Place Sequel This Summer

Well, you may have heard the news first from our sister site, BSCKids. Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place, the movie, is getting a sequel. The bittersweet part about it is, the new film, set for filming a start date sometime this summer. BSCKids helped us out by delivering that scoop as well.

I can’t say this story comes as a surprise to this buzz watcher. Ms. Gomez has an ever growing fan base and will likely be branching out into more and more high profile gigs very soon.

Gomez is already slated to appear in a new film called 13 Reasons Why. She’s also involved in MusiCares.
