Can you believe the end is near? It has been a wild ride, but the Starz network will present the extended season finale of the vicious prequel, Spartacus: Gods of the Arena today! Hey, we warned you the action would only last for six daring episodes.

Don’t miss this one, folks. The DigitalSpy revealed lead actor Dustin Clare promised “the biggest fight… ever attempted on this show”. You know what that means. Oh, yes. There will be blood.
“There’s a lot [of people involved],” he explained. “It varies [but] it took us around eight days to film. It was a huge endeavour and it’s definitely the biggest action sequence we’ve ever put together on Spartacus.”
I’m sure the finale is bittersweet for many of you, but chin up, there’s still a second season of Blood and Sand to look forward to, coming with a brand new actor in the title role.
