Laura Vandervoort in What I Like About You

Laura Vandervoort is mixing it up for media-philes in more ways than one. The former Smallville actress, who recently returned to the set for the CW show’s exciting final season, was interviewed about V’s season finale by the kind folks over at TV Line.

Not only is the fan favorite working double duty now on V (yep, she’s playing a good twin and an evil twin now), but she’s also got a big screen feature coming out, as well as a made for TV movie. Of her evil twin, by the way, Vadervoort says, “She’s exactly what Anna’s been wanting the original Lisa to be. She’s really her foot solider. But what’d be great is if 2.0 decides she has had enough and she wants to rule!” Dun dun dun.

The upcoming movie, a comedy, is called This Means War, coming out later this year and starring Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon and Tom Hardy. What a cast!

The ABC Family “Christmas-themed romantic comedy” is called What I Like About You. “Here, I get to be the leading lady,” she says, “one who’s goofy with faults, and then she falls in love. I’m excited because it’s something I haven’t done before, meaning it’s lighthearted and not full of drama!”
