LOST’S Rebecca Mader in Covert Affairs

Keep your eyes open starting June 2. Why you might ask? Well first of all, Covert Affairs is starting its second season that day, which if you’re a fan of the show you already and you don’t really need me to remind you. However, if you’re a gigantic Lost fan like me then you need to know that Rebecca Mader is guest starring half-way through the season. If you feel the same way I do about Rebecca Mader, then you’re beyond stoked just to hear her name, let alone that she’s going to be acting in something.

From TV Line:

In the new run’s sixth episode, the head-turning redhead will play Franka, a German flight attendant whom Auggie meets while en route to Istanbul. But in addition to coffee and pillows, Franka also offers assistance, when Chris Gorham’s vacationing spy guy gets pulled into a mission.

She’s going to be plating a German flight attendant? Are you kidding me? That’s amazing! I have a pretty large thing for redheads (you just ask my redheaded wife), but this is just too much hotness for one episode of television. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to handle it. Luckily, Mader will be spreading her talents over a longer period of time on a different show. She’ll be starring in the  ABC comedy Work It, which is premiering midseason. This will be her first starring credit since 2009, during Lost‘s fifth season.

Covert Affairs returns this Thursday, June 2 for its second season.
