Meagan Good in Californication Season 5

There’s some fresh meat being added to the cast of Californication for Hank Moody to drool over, according to Deadline, as Meagan Good joins the Showtime hit for its fifth season.

Good will appear in eight episodes as Kali, a “smoking hot” singer who manages to heat up David Duchnovny’s Moody… as if that were a hard trick to pull off. Naturally, things can’t be simple for Hank so the newfound object of his affections also has a thing going with her hip-hop mogul mentor, who happens to have Hank working on a screenplay for his new film.

In addition to Californication, Good can also be seen in the upcoming Jumping the Broom with Angela Bassett, Loretta Devine and Paula Patton, as well as 35 and Ticking with Nicole Ari Parker and Kevin Hart.

Season 5 of Californication is expected to start production in May.
