Psych – William Shatner Guest Stars

Whether you love him or hate him, there’s no escaping William Shatner. After lasting through the decades as Star Trek’s womanizing James T. Kirk, he was introduced to a whole new audience as Denny Crane on The Practice and Boston Legal, and then most recently with the short-lived $#*! My Dad Says. Confession – I’m afraid I must admit that I actually liked Shatner as Crane.

The $#*! might have hit the fan but Shatner continues to be a presence on the small screen as TV Guide brings word that the master of the drawn-out sentence will be showing up in a guest spot on USA’s Psych as Juliet’s estranged con-man father, Frank.

In typical remorseful con-man fashion, Frank desperately wants to mend his relationship with his daughter, but the chance to pull one last ‘dream con’ might be too hard for him to resist.

Psych returns in the fall, and a former starship captain isn’t the only person that will be making an appearance. Shawn and Gus will also get visits from a former Brat Packer and a guy who knows a thing or two about dealing with a Lethal Weapon.

I’m willing to put my psychic powers to the test and say this won’t be the only time we see Frank.
