Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon Chevy Camaro Spot

The one-eyed alien mechanical monster Shockwave (see his scary featurette) may be batting for the bad guys in the upcoming summer blockbuster, Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon from Michael Bay, but thank goodness for the good guys! Perhaps the most recognizable member of the cavalry, known as the Autobots, is Bumblebee. Yes, he returns for the sequel, and yes, he’s still a yellow Camaro. You can watch him bring the heat in this spot from Chevy. Just scroll down and hit play. But beware. Its explosive.

The film (see some pics from the set) hits July 1st in 3D. That’s about three weeks away, but you can enjoy the trailer now on BoomTron. Why should you watch? Well, MTV says that leading man Shia LaBeouf says, “James Cameron has seen the movie; he said it’s the best 3-D since ‘Avatar,’ so there’s all that. Also, this is our best story. It’s the most solid screenplay we’ve had since we started. All those things plus new cast we have, John Malkovich, Frances McDormand, Ken Jeong, a lot of strong additions.
