Behold MARVEL’s AVENGERS Assembled!

Joss Whedon directs the upcoming live action Avengers film, which unites Captain America, Thor, The Hulk, Iron Man and more, all in one exciting film! We revealed new Avengers poster art just last week.

If you were like me, you enjoyed an action-packed Captain America: The First Avenger over the weekend and after the credits rolled, you saw a first look at Avengers. It was definitely something to cheer about. Scarlet Johansson is in the film reprising her role as Black Widow. Jeremy Renner reprises his Thor cameo role as Hawkeye the Avengers‘ own archery expert. Interestingly enough, Loki, that villain, and Thor’s half-brother was in the sneak peak! Uh oh! Samuel L. Jackson, our eye patch sporting SHIELD leader Nick Fury will assemble the heroes for the first time.

Speaking of Samuel L. Jackson, he told us it was unlikely that the alien races the Kree and the Skrull would appear in the movie. We owe Marvel a special thanks for these great images! When we know more about the comic book movie of the century, you will, too!
