Captain America: The First Avenger – Review

Captain America was created in response to World War Two. Steve Rogers was the ideal man. Not in body but in spirit. He wanted to fight for his country despite getting turned down at every opportunity. While a great goal for comic book authors it also dated Captain America. He is a symbol of what we want America to be not what it really is. This has made adapting Captain America hard. Trying to modernize the character never works out. In this outing Captain America is set solely in World War Two. With the help from Peggy Carter and Howard Stark Steve Rogers must fight Red Skull. Captain America stars Chris Evans, Tommy Lee Jones, Hugo Weaving, Hayley Atwell, Dominic Cooper, and Stanley Tucci.
