This time around he will be a Criminal Minds senator leading the committee unfortunately investigating a case your favorite team botched. The premier of season seven actually opens four months after the events of the season six finale from last May and TV Line says, it will be heavy on flashbacks of the fateful case being that the Moses character must unravel.

In other news, Paget Brewster will return to season seven, but Rachel Nichols is out. Surprised? Fans of the show will also be pleased to learn about a spin-off.
