Jennifer Finnigan a Crime Barbie in Psych Season 6

My psychic mind is telling me that Jennifer Finnigan will be guest starring in Psych Season 6. Actually I’m not psychic, just like Shawn Spencer (James Roday). TV Line reports Finnigan will be on the comedy-drama for the episode titled “Neal Simon’s Lovers Retreat”. She’ll be playing a con woman named Barbie looking to scam a spa resort. In a classic twist of fate, Shawn and Juliet just happen to spending some time at the exact same resort. What perfect timing.

Don’t think Barbie is by herself though. Jason Priestley (Brandon Walsh from Beverly Hills, 90210) will play her partner in crime, Clive. That’s right, Barbie and Clive. You’re not imagining it; it sounds just like Bonnie and Clyde. I’m 95 percent sure it was intentional. Let’s not dwell on it, ok? I’m curious, how do you scam a spa? I’m racking my brain trying to think of how that would work, but I’m getting nothing.

Not only is she doing this guest spot on Psych, but also Finnigan was tapped to star in it’s pilot Wild Card. She and Priestley are not the only special guests for Psych this season, not even close. You’ll get to see such familiar faces as Danny Glover, Molly Ringwald, Joey McIntyre, and William Shatner. Most importantly though is Tony Hale’s role. He appears in the same episode as Priestley and Finnigan playing the owner of an import/export business. I’ve been a huge Tony Hale fan ever since his days on Arrested Development. Can’t wait to see him.
