Momoa as Conan the Barbarian Pics

Conan the Barbarian the reboot is coming to a theater near you, in 3D no less, on August 19th of this year. I don’t know that this gory adaptation will be for everyone, and to prove that Conan is no pretty boy, the French site, Fantasy.fr, has released some stunning, if not blood soaked film stills, many featuring the swashbuckler in action. We heard the news via CinemaBlend.

So, who is the pretty girl Conan seems to be using as a hostage? It may look nothing like actress Rachel Nichols, who we are more accustomed to seeing with bright blonde hair, but that’s her in the role of Tamara. Don’t worry too much about the edge of the barbarian’s blade as it pertains to Tamara’s throat. I hear she is Conan’s love interest. The former Alias actress had a role in the Star Trek reboot, and played Scarlett for the live action GI Joe film. She is also Ashley Seaver of TV’s Criminal Minds. You can see Tamara in her unique character poster, along with several other cast members in their art.
