Selena Gomez in Wizards of Waverly Place “Misfortune at the Beach” Promo Pics

A brand new episode of Wizards of Waverly Place is coming to a television screen near you and yes, for fans we have Selena Gomez starring in promo pics for “Misfortune at the Beach,” which will air July 24th. Gomez recently enjoyed the premier of her feature film, Monte Carlo, for which we’ve got a BoomTron review. Leighton Meester shared the screen with her there. As a musical artist she has also released her third album this year and has been spotted on Justin Bieber’s arm.

Our sister site, BSCKids does a great job of keeping up with the young talent. They recently shared video of Gomez chatting with Ryan Seacrest about Emmy nominations and more at the launch of the Voice at The Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania (CHOP). They also covered her feature in Girl’s Life magazine. Gomez even revealed plans to unveil her own signature fragrance.

The upcoming episode of the Disney offering will revolve around Alex and her brothers having their fortunes read at the beach. In the film stills below you can spot Gomez in a long, blue striped tank covering her bathing suit. Wizards of Waverly Place has been on the airwaves since 2007.
