Star Wars Clone Wars Season 4 SDCC Teaser

The Jedi are all wet in the new Season 4 trailer for Star Wars Clone Wars from StarWars.com as Anakin and the other Jedi get involved in the war between the Mon Calamari and the Quarren in their underwater environment. The clip gives us a little peek at the new Stormtrooper armor, which is slowly but surely making the transition to the armor we recognize in the movies. We also get to see a few Clone Troopers have a very bad day as a shark-headed warrior dives through a few of them and removes their heads with one bite. It happens quick and most of the action is blocked by debris and bubbles, but it’s enough to make me hope we see more of shark-guy in action.

Oh, just in case you were wondering, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you because that really is a younger Captain Ackbar letting loose with a war cry at the end of the clip.

Don’t expect the Jedi to dry out anytime soon either, because producer Cary Silver says the first three episodes of Season 4, subtitled “Battle Lines,” take place almost completely underwater.
