Frantic FRINGE Season 4 Teaser with Anna Torv

Anna Torv, Fringe, FOX

When does being erased mean not being completely erased? When it concerns Olivia (Anna Torv) in the new Season 4 trailer of Fringe giving subtle hints that Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) might be gone, but not completely forgotten.

When Olivia says, “I know what it’s like to have a hole in my life. It’s been there as long as I can remember,” could she be talking about a gap that was previously filled by Peter? The powers behind the FOX sci-fi drama are too shrewd to give away any hints this soon, but it could be a clue that Olivia is the key to bringing Peter back.

Don’t try to adjust your screen because the teaser clip really does have a whole lot of shaking going on, with flashbacks from previous seasons showing key scenes that revolve around Peter. Unfortunately, we don’t get any new scenes with him so there’s no telling when or how Peter might actually be un-erased.

In case you missed the end of Season 3 of Fringe, you might be a little confused so here’s a quick summary to get you up to speed: Peter had a vision of both Earth’s being destroyed so he used the doomsday device to bring the two alternate versions of the Fringe teams together so they could team up and save both worlds. Unfortunately, Peter seemed to accidentally wipe himself from existence in the process, with nobody remembering that he existed.

Aside from the flashbacks, the Season 4 preview shows Olivia talking to someone about that hole in her life, but we never see who it is. We do get to see enough to know it’s a guy and that guy isn’t Walter so who is she talking to? Any ideas?
