The DC Comics inspired picture is slated for release on DVD, Blu-Ray and On Demand sometime in early 2012. But will this chapter mark the end of Batman? Cue some dramatic music please!
If you’ve been following our coverage on this project, then you already know some familiar voices will be heard in Doom. Nathan Fillion is the Green Lantern. Jim Daly and Kevin Conroy reprise their roles as Superman and Batman. Michael Rosenbaum will voice the Flash and Carl Lumbly is the Martian Manhunter. Susan Eisenberg is Wonder Woman. Cyborg is voiced by Bumper Robinson. The story is based upon JLA: Tower of Babel, written by Mark Waid.
Today’s trailer shows a band of super villains teaming up against the Justice League. There’s a great soundtrack here. An epic battle is promised and a killer line is delivered for Batman fans. It comes from Bane, who threatens, “Before, I broke the Bat — today, I break the man”. Uh oh! Looks like Ra’s al Ghul is to blame for assembling the baddies. Will you be watching?
