Debby Ryan of Suite Life enters PRIVATE PRACTICE

Is a young Disney star about to shine on the set of Private Practice? That’s today’s headline, folks, as Debby Ryan of The Suite Life, pictured far right, gears up for a prime time role. The scoop is that Shonda Rhimes, the mistress behind so many juicy medical dramas, must like watching “good girls go bad”. You’ll remember, TV fans, that not so long ago she featured Demi Lovato as a schizophrenic on Grey’s Anatomy! Hey, Debby, looks like it’s your turn!

Debby will bring to life the character of Hailey. This 18-year-old will get friendly with Private Practice‘s Amelia, acted by Caterina Scorsone, when they meet at rehab. My bad, was that a spoiler? I didn’t even alert you. Yes, Amelia will wind up in rehab. The pair will mix it up in a special two-hour Private Practice event airing on Nov. 17th.

Oddly enough, E! reminds us, Lovato’s character was also called Hailey. Private Practice airs Thursday nights on ABC. Last Thursday Addison, acted by Kate Walsh, explored in-vitro fertilization. When we learn more, you will, too! We’re on Season 5 of the series as of September. Actor Benjamin Bratt is new as of this season as Dr. Jake Riley a new series regular.
