Justin Kroll, a Hollywood columnist, revealed via his official Twitter page that the lead role in the upcoming zombie-fest film based up the Seth Grahame-Smith book, was offered to Gossip Girl star, Blake Lively. Those faithful to our site knew the offer was likely. Though the exact reasons are unknown however, Lively has officially given the no thank you and passed on the role. It appears Hollywood will have to continue the search Elizabeth Bennet, Regency-era martial artist and all around sword-maiden.
