ONCE UPON A TIME A Stranger Comes to Storybrooke

ABC’s Once Upon a Time has found a stranger creeping around its fairy tale setting, where the town of Storybrooke is home to such classic characters as Snow White, Prince Charming and Jiminy Cricket. The only trouble is, none of these characters remember their past lives, believing themselves to be just a town full of average Joes and Janes, like us real folk.
TV Guide reports that Eion Bailey will be playing the man known as “The Stranger”. With a name like that, you know he’s as mysterious as they come. He begins his multi-episode arc with episode 9. No other details have surfaced quite yet, and it’s hard to make a character theory when the show hasn’t even aired its first episode yet. I feel like if I had just a little bit more information I could figure out whom this guy is. I’m assuming The Stranger is a fairy tale character in disguise; it’s just a matter of figuring out which one.
Bailey is currently a recurring actor on Covert Affairs and has done work on a wide variety of shows like ER and Band of Brothers. Once Upon a Time premieres Sunday, October 23rd and stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White, Jennifer Morrison as her daughter and Lana Parilla as the Evil Queen. The series was created by Lost scribes Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis and will feature Jessy Schram, Giancarlo Esposito and Alan Dale in recurring roles alongside Bailey.
