Batman DARK KNIGHT RISES – Joseph Gordon-Levitt Stalks Gotham

The Dark Knight Rises Batman 3

There’s a hostage situation in New York City but Joseph Gordon-Levitt is on the scene as Gotham City police officer John Blake in this new on-location peek at The Dark Knight Rises. The following clip might be a little spoilery if you don’t want to know about any plot points but check it out if you don’t mind seeing some hideously colorful jackets being worn by a few people caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

There’s a little bit of action going on as hostages in really loud wardrobe are forced out of a building and then forced to duck and cover as a gang on motorcycles speeds through a police gauntlet with human shields in tow. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is holding his position behind a police cruiser as the action takes place around him.

Meanwhile, Batman is cruising through the air in his BatWing to take matters into his own hands. Okay, the BatWing is actually being hoisted along by cables but use your imagination and pretend the CGI wizards have already worked their magic. See, it looks better that way.

The Dark Knight Rises crew has been filming all over New York City and the Trump Tower has been transformed into Wayne Enterprises while the cameras are rolling. I can’t tell if this is the Tower or not, but if it is, Bruce Wayne really needs to give the vigilante thing a break and get some rest because he obviously wasn’t in his right mind when he decided his employees needed to wear those outfits.
