Demi Lovato Moves Like Jagger

Demi Lovato has the talent when it comes to vocals, but can she really move like Jagger? Judging from the attached video, the rock-and-roll legend is in no danger of losing his signature style.

During her performance in Dallas, Texas, Demi fulfilled a promise she made last month to cover the Christina Aguilera and Maroon 5 hit, Moves Like Jagger. It’s not the worst cover that’s been done of the song, but it isn’t the best either. That’s probably not entirely Demi’s fault though because, according to PopCrush, the songstress was feeling under the weather and she didn’t bring out the tune until the end of her set so her voice was probably suffering. Still, that didn’t keep her from thrilling the crowd with the note she hit at approximately the 2:32 mark on the video below. Even when she’s not at 100%, the girl has some lungs.

However, I was looking forward to seeing Demi do some Jagger-like strutting and, sadly, that didn’t happen. Come on, Demi. Even Carson Kressley showed he could (sort of) move like Jagger. Yes, I know the poor guy couldn’t do a real dance if his life depended on it but that moment on Dancing with the Stars was classic.

Of course, in Demi’s defense, if she tried to bust a Jagger move in that outfit, she’d probably get tangled up and hurt herself.
