Last week on Showtime’s dark and twisty thriller, Dexter Morgan; mild mannered single dad and blood spatter expert by day, serial killer with a code of ethics by night, tried to “Get Gellar”. He received a little assistance from quite an unlikely source. Did you see that coming? His sis, Debra Morgan, acted by Jennifer Carpenter, also got some insight during therapy. There’s something that doesn’t happen every day for Deb.

The next episode is titled “Ricochet Rabbit,” yes, just like the cartoon character of old. I think the Ricochet part is a tad more important than the rabbit part. Keep your head down and Get a load of this teaser promo now! Has Dex made a terrible mistake? Hey, in high risk games, that will happen. And life and death are the highest stakes there are! I wonder if Dex had a flashback to the Trinity Killer now that there is a dastardly new wrinkle in the affair of the Doomsday Killers. Yes, that’s killers, as in the plural form of the word.

I can also tell you, dun dun dun, that episode 12 will be called “This Is the Way the World Ends”. That sounds more ominous than ever. Tell me this, fans, how is Colin Hanks doing? I’m ready to watch him in more serious roles from now on. Oh yes, and who else is fed up with LaGuerta?
