I, FRANKENSTEIN Lands CHUCK’S Yvonne Strahovski and LORD OF THE RINGS’ Miranda Otto

Are you ready for a whole new spin on a horror classic? I, Frankenstein is new film in development. It hopes to electrify with its own improvements to tale, and has employed some familiar faces with hopes for success. One lovely lady usually plays a spy. The other can wield a sword as good as any man can.
Aaron Eckhart, last spotted in Rabbit Hole, Battle: Los Angeles, and The Rum Diary will play Frankenstein’s monster in I, Frankenstein. Joining him, according to THR are Yvonne Strahovski, the lead gal from TV’s Chuck, and Miranda Otto, best known for her role as Eowyn of The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Strahovski will play the main character. She’s the scientist tasked with discovering how to reanimate the dead. The casting of a female as the scientist isn’t the only thing unusual about this version of Mary Shelly’s classic. This time around, Dr. Frankenstein, has a good reason for messing around with scary science. It seems a group of demons has tricked her into it. You see, they are hoping to make her create an army of undead for them.
Miranda Otto will act as the Queen of a gang of gargoyles who want to aid Dr. Frankenstein. Bill Nighy is in negotiations to act as the leader of the demons. Great casting decision there. He’s done this sort of thing a few times before.
