LEGEND OF THE SEEKER’S Bridget Regan is a PERSON OF INTEREST

Person of Interest has snagged the star of Legend of the Seeker, Bridget Regan, for a guest-starring role. It’s not her first guest-starring role this season; you may have seen her in an earlier episode of NCIS: Los Angeles. She must have a thing for procedurals.

While her episode of PoI is currently unscheduled, we know thanks to TVLine will be playing Wendy, “a charming/funny/sexy/sassy hairstylist from Brooklyn who learns that one should always look a gift horse in the mouth.” If you’re familiar with the idiom “don’t look a gift horse in the mouth” then you’ll know it means to never be ungrateful for a gift. Wendy seems to be learning the opposite lesson. Perhaps that implies she will receive a less than helpful present. Right now I’m picturing a bomb in a box, or something equally as dangerous. It’s not for certain that she will be the one on Finch’s list, but it seems likely someone could be out to get her. Let’s just cross our fingers and hope they manage to make Wendy at least a tad interesting, unlike some of the guest stars the show has had so far.

Regan has a couple upcoming gigs for TNT. The first one is the TNT telepic, Hide, starring Carla Gugino. It is based on the book written by Lisa Gardner. The other is a recurring role on TNT’s Peception, starring Eric McCormack and Rachel Leigh Cook.
