All good things must come to an end. So it is with Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place. The Emmy Award-winning series, which stars Selena Gomez, is prepping for its final episode ever. We have a good look at production stills sure to pique your interest in the upcoming finale.

After a noble 106-episode run, it all comes down to this. If you’ve been keeping up with the Russo family, then you know there can be only one. That is, only one among siblings, Justin, Alex and Max will be permitted to keep their mystical powers. How will fate decide the victor? Well, according to an official statement, a “sudden and ultimate test” will challenge the Russo children and determine which among the three gets to remain a wizard. Who do you think it will be? The hour long finale comes out Friday, January 6th, only on the Disney Channel. It is appropriately named “Who Will Be the Family Wizard?” For 4 Seasons, Selena Gomez, David Henrie, Jake T. Austin, Jennifer Stone, María Canals Barrera, David DeLuise and sometimes Ian Abercrombie as Professor Crumbs, have teamed up to entertain you. The show even inspired a video game.
