30 ROCK Season 6 Teaser Trailer

It’s been a long time since 30 Rock has been on the air, thanks to Tina Fey’s pregnancy delaying production on the show’s sixth season, but next month the hilarious series will be back in full force. Everything we know and love about 30 Rock is set to return with the show on Thursday, January 12, but something’s not quite right. According to the preview below, Liz Lemon (Fey) has a secret she’s not telling, and it’s driving the rest of the cast up the wall.

I can tell you right now, the most likely outcome to this secret is a bun in the oven for Liz. It’s been widely known for years that she wants a kid and when you put this season up with Fey’s real life pregnancy, it becomes pretty obvious a baby is the way to go. Introducing babies is a pretty tired sitcom cliché, but consider this: Liz is single. So if she is pregnant, than who’s the father? Did she get a donor? Did she adopt? Did she, heaven forbid, kidnap a child?! When Liz gets baby crazy, any of these could be possible.

In order to discover exactly what Liz is hiding, Jenna (Jane Krakowski) turns to guest star Kelsey Grammer to dig up the dirt. It looks like a promising start to the season, which could end up being the last one to star Alec Baldwin. Baldwin has been saying for a while that he would retire from acting after this year, but no official statement has been made regarding his status on 30 Rock.
