American Horror Story Season 2 – Find the Clue!

American Horror Story was never a conventional television show, but creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Fulchuk have taken it a step further by completely changing the show’s setting for Season 2 as well as a potential replacement of the entire cast. And to make things more interesting, Murphy placed a clue to what Season 2 will be about somewhere within the final three episodes of AHS’s first season. Unfortunately, it won’t be an easy thing to discover. This isn’t Blue’s Clues we’re talking about. Someone will have to pour over every frame to find the clue, and even if someone has the time to do that they have no idea what they’re even looking for!

With Season 2 a complete reboot, there’s no way of knowing what it could be about until Murphy and Fulchuk divulge the information. Once they’ve done that I’m sure the clue will become extremely obvious to find. On a positive note, EW revealed the clue was narrowed down to a specific episode: “Birth”. Again, that won’t really help, but at least we won’t have to waste our time looking through any other episodes.

Ditching the characters and setting of Season 1 is a gutsy move and I’m proud of Murphy and Falchuk for making it. When it first premiered, Heroes was supposed to be similarly structured, with each season focusing on a different set of characters discovering they had special abilities. Unfortunately, the show’s “popularity” changed the producers’ minds and we got garbage from then on out. Hopefully AHS made the right move and each new season will feel fresh, thrilling and scary.
