GLEE 2012 Return Promo

With Glee having aired its holiday themed episode, “Extraordinary Merry Christmas”, we can say goodbye to the musically charming series until it returns next month on January 17^th. Just what is there to expect from the second half of Season 3 and the kids of McKlinley High? Well if I had to describe it I would say everyone’s brains short circuit, causing them to all make rash decisions that could spell disaster for them in the future.

As you can see from the promo below, Sam (Chord Overstreet) will receive a nice slushy to the face, most likely because of his decision to join synchronized swimming. Apparently swimming isn’t cool if it’s synchronized. And what’s this about Finn (Cory Monteith) speaking to a military recruiter? He can’t be serious right? Why would he want to join the military? I’m hoping that particularly clip is simply misleading and Finn has no intention of going down that road. And apparently Artie (Kevin McHale) has a weird romance brewing, though it definitely appears to be one sided.

For the Will/Emma shippers out there, Will (Matthew Morrison) has declared his plans to ask Emma (Jayma Mays) to marry him. Let’s hope he doesn’t mess that up. Oh whom am I kidding? Will will definitely screw up his proposal, but he’ll fix it by the episode’s end. That’s how TV works! But seriously, the two of them belong together and it will be nice to finally see them move forward with their relationship.
