Lea Michelle and Chris Colfer: NeNe Leakes into Glee

Is William McKinley High School about to get a new teacher? If Lea Michelle and Chris Colfer know anything about it, then all indications point to yes! The two young actors have already had opportunities to work along side Tony winners like Idina Menzel, Oscar winners like Gwyneth Paltrow, and pop stars like Britney Spears, thanks to the Fox series. Today’s hot news is that a reality star will now have a shot at a guest role.

It all started when Lea Michele and Chris Colfer appeared on the “Glee Season Finaleglee” episode of “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen. As they visited with the host they revealed that Nene Leakes, star of Real Housewives of Atlanta and Celebrity Apprentice, will be making a guest appearance on Glee.

The pair were very excited to meet Nene in person and say she will act as the school’s new swim coach. According to Huffington Post, Nene’s character’s name is Roz Washington. We can expect to see Roz at least twice. She’s scheduled for a Grease-themed episode and the Michael Jackson tribute episode coming in January.

Glee returns on Jan. 17th with “Yes/No.” What do you think about NeNe and her new role? She’s pretty fabulous!
