No Ellen for Playboy Lindsay Lohan

To say I’m not surprised that Lindsay Lohan canceled her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show is an understatement so grand that to say it’s an understatement is an understatement. Originally, Lohan was to reveal her cover of Playboy, but due to missing her flight while vacationing in Hawaii, was unable to make her Dec. 13 taping. This just goes to show how unreliable and unprofessional Lohan has become in recent years. It’s a shame really.

Even before US Magazine reported the cancellation, the unveiling of the Playboy cover would have been pointless as it was leaked online last week, along with her entire Playboy spread. Hugh Hefner believed the issue would sell well despite the leak, but still made plans to rush the issue out earlier, now hitting stands this week. Maybe it will still be a high seller, but I for one have no plans of picking it up. It takes more than just naked Lohan to get me to spend my money on her. I’ll do the sane thing and do a quick Google search. Oh wait, I already did.

The photos of Lohan are pretty decent, very tasteful. The Marilyn Monroe look works for her and she looks better than I thought she did in her last couple nude shoots. Of course, one can’t forget there was likely some tampering done via Photoshop, but at least it’s not terribly obvious in any particular place. The shoot was good and there’s nothing to really complain about.
