Emma Watson in Perks of Being A Wallflower Teasers

Emma Watson Logan Lerman The Perks of Being a Wallflower

In one of the latest images from The Perks of Being a Wallflower, it looks like putting a smile on a girl’s face is not one of the perks as Emma Watson and Logan Lerman seem to share a tense moment. Fortunately, the girl rocking the pixie ‘do gets to show a festive smile in the other new promo pic.

Judging from the pic up top, being friends with a wallflower (Lerman) isn’t a whole lot of fun. I don’t know what’s going on in the scene but Watson’s character definitely isn’t a happy camper. I can’t wait until this moment unfolds on the big screen and numerous members of the younger generation ask what that thing in the background is that sort of resembles a keyboard. A big, bulky keyboard.

I don’t think the second image is an actual scene from the movie but it does look like the cast had a cool celebrity Christmas card to pass around during the holidays.

In addition to Watson and Lerman, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, based on the novel of the same name by Stephen Chbosky, also stars Mae Whitman, Nina Dobrev, Johnny Simmons and Dylan McDermott, and is expected to hit theaters later this year.

If you read the book (Person who wrote about this picture) you would know that in this scene they are actually talking about how Charlie’s never kissed a girl. Sam is upset at that.

The reason behind the lack of smile in the first picture is Charlie(Lerman) and Sam(Emma) having an inrense conversation about how charlie “participates” in life. The kiss scene follows(they do have a crush on each other!). And le wild keybord-typewriter in the background is Sam’s christmas gift to charlie! But Sam generaly is a really nice, considerate and fun to be around girl,so discribing her as gloomy is really unfair..
Finally u should definately read the book it really is worth it an it will all make sense!!>.< Especially because the director of the movie is the same person as the writer, and that helps alot:)
