Falling For Mad Men Season 5

And now for something cute. Well, I think its cute. Please allow us to unveil new promo art for the one and only Mad Men, Season 5.

The award winning AMC network series has engrained itself into our own pop culture. It follows, as most everyone knows, one Mr. Don Draper, a 1960′s ad agency man navigating corporate politics and a prickly home life. In the new art, someone has flexed some graphic design muscle. You see Draper depicted as a black and white gent, free-falling through loads and loads of white space. That could be a hint about what is in store for Draper this season. Then in bold black and red lettering the date, March 25th, is scrawled at the bottom. The colors and font as so recognizable that the show’s title isn’t evident anywhere. It isn’t even necessary. Now that is kind of cool.

Promo pieces are, in effect, ads, so I’d say Draper, who is acted by Jon Hamm, would approve of this work. Returning with the star to the amazing sets of the series are January Jones, Elisabeth Moss, Vincent Kartheiser, Christina Hendricks, John Slattery, Jared Harris, Rich Sommer, Aaron Staton, Robert Morse and Kiernan Shipka. I daresay they are also looking forward to returning to the lavish wardrobe.
